* Couldn't Be Happier!! First of all I hate to go car shopping but when we arrived at Bob Tyler we noticed something different. When we got out from our car we were not met by a group of car salespeople. That made me happy! I hate being bombarded as soon as I park. The salesperson was very kind, not pushy at all, and new everything about the new Prius we were looking at. When we finally got down to the price of there car and the amount for my trade I couldn't believe what I was seeing. They were giving me more for my car than any other dealer we had been to, and they even gave me their best price on the Prius the first time. None of this Let me see if my manager will do that stuff! All I can say is that I would recommend all my friends and family to go car shopping at Bob Tyler Toyota. ~ Tona G.
* Service is GREAT! All of the people in the service area were very nice and polite. The waiting room is clean and they provided me with donuts. My oil change was very quick and I did not spend half the day there like I have at other service shops.

*My original gold 02 I-4 5-spd Camry transmission fragged itself. Sort of. Of all things, the speed sensor, which is a roughly cigar-sized (and shaped) device, which screws into a port on the side of the trans, came apart. The debris released was all plastic (probably has to do with why it came apart in the first place...), but out of an abundance of caution, Toyota decided to send in a totally new trans. The dealer himself, Bob Tyler of Bob Tyler Toyota, overrode the decision by simply offering my a totally new car. I accepted, of course. Hard to argue with that flavor of customer care.
* It was very quick easy everything was done perfect. They just went the extra mile. The service people did and the technician went the extra mile and took very good care of my car and very good care of me. I was able to inside and set up my computer for the wait. They said it was going to be an hour wait but it actually got brought to me a lot sooner than that so it was very speedy.
* This was the smoothest way of inquiring about the vehicle we will be purchasing from a Toyota Dealer in my area. You guys were the quickest and most efficient of all the on-line shopping that we have dealt with. I am glad to rate you with the Highest possible remarks.
